? Closing and Reopening of Schools
This is to officially inform all students, parents, and guardians that the school will officially close for the first term on Friday, 11th April 2025. The second term will commence on Monday, 12th May 2025, and all students are expected to report to school by this date.
? Communication with Pupils
Communication Through the Head Teacher: To ensure proper coordination and the well-being of all pupils, we request that any communication intended for your child be directed through the Head Teacher's official number: 0973354113.
No Phones for Pupils: Pupils are strictly not allowed to bring mobile phones to school. This policy promotes a focused and distraction-free learning environment
? School Report Forms
Report forms can now be accessed online using the codes provided to all learners. Parents should use these codes to retrieve their children's results. For guidance on how to proceed, please visit: zbssstem.site/guidance.php. Thank you for your cooperation
? Secondary School Pupils' Commitment
The Ministry has developed the Secondary Education Commitment Form, which must be carefully read and signed by both parents and guardians. Each pupil is required to bring the signed copy to school as confirmation of the commitment. Kindly ensure this is done promptly to adhere to the ministry's requirements. We appreciate your cooperation in this important matter.
? Home Pass for Boarders
Home passes will be granted only with prior written consent from a parent or guardian and are subject to approval by school administration.
All students are required to return on the date specified on their home pass without exception
School Rules, Lessons & Prep
Attending lessons and prep is compulsory to all pupils at Zambezi Provincial Stem School.
All the pupils are bound by the school rules. Whilst in school, all pupils are expected to observe the school rules e.g NO bullying , NO smoking ,No fighting No stealing e.t.c pupils who break the school rules will either be punished or excluded from school.
? School Boarding Fee Account Numbers
The boarding fees for each term remain K1,000. Payments should be made into either of these accounts:

Academic Performance
As parents and guardians, you are all encouraged to visit the school to check on the performance of your child and general attendance to lessons any time within working days of the week.
School Property
All pupils are expected to take care of school property very well. Any pupil who may be caught in Graffiti or vandalism of any school property may be asked to replace the vandalized property.
School Requirements
Your child should come with enough groceries,toilet paper,a bucket for storing water,scientific calculator and enough bedding since we are going intothe cold season.
OVCs
OVCs should be encouraged to apply for free education sponsorship programmes through CDF and KGS.
